Coronavirus Quarantine Journal – Free Printable

Ok, I’m going to go all-out history nerd on you here for a second.

I’m a huge history fan. History was one of my favorite subjects in school and I always found it extremely fascinating to learn about how certain events have shaped our future and the world we live in today.

However, have you noticed that most of the historic events that you learned about in school are based on only a few people’s views of that event?

We learn about events through journals, documents, and stories passed down from generation to generation. If someone has an opposing view of a certain situation, but they never document it or talk to anyone about it, then we may never know their side of the story.

Today, we are making history. Years from now, our kids, grandkids, great-grandkids, great-great-grandkids and so on will be reading about the COVID-19 in their history books.

That’s why I created this Quarantine Journal printable for YOU. Use it to tell your story.

Take a few minutes each day (I mean, many of us are stuck inside all day anyway, so what else is there to do?) to fill out a journal page. Record any new news for the day, then take a moment to write down how you are feeling. Are you anxious, worried, hopeful? Do you have friends and family that you are avoiding because they are at high risk and you don’t want to pass anything on to them? What kind of effect is this having on your job or business?

Finally, take a second to write down what you are thankful for. While the world is being turned upside down, it’s easy to focus on the chaos. I encourage you to find something positive to write about each day.

I think this printable would also be a great way to teach your children about current events. Have them keep their own journal and write down their own feelings about everything that is going on.
